Pioneers: The Waterford and Lismore Diocesan Council PTAA will be holding their annual Sunday Dinner and Evening of Music and Dance in The Gold Coast Hotel, Dungarvan on Sunday 13th November. Cake Sale: Berna Dempsey is holding a Cake Sale in aid of “the porridge fund in Nairobi”. Diane Chippo is a native of Nairobi and ten years ago a group from Ireland went to Nairobi and brought some money to buy porridge for children that walk a long distance to school with no breakfast. They called it the porridge fund and the lady cooks porridge every day for the children before school begins. Cakes will be on sale after 6.15pm Mass on 19th Nov and also after 10.30am Mass on Sunday 20th. All enquires to Berna 0872178149. Do This In Memory: There will be a meeting of the Parents Co-ordinating Committee of the “Do this in Memory” First Communion Preparation Programme next Tuesday night at 7.30pm in the Pastoral Centre.
