Adult STAG ( South Tipperary Art Group) are back in the Art Room, Infant School, St. Peter and Paul’s Primary School, Kickham St., Clonmel on Tuesday nights, 7. 30 to 10 p.m. and in the Arts Centre, Nelson St. Clonmel on Wednesday mornings 10. 30 to 12. 30 p.m. . Adults with some drawing/painting experience or those who are attending other Art Groups and classes are always welcome at these sessions also. Artwork by STAG Adult Art members is on display and for sale in Slievenamon Golf Club, The Outpatient’s Corridor in the Hospital, Befani’s Restaurant, Mr. Bumbles’ Restaurant, in My Cafe Market Place and by contacting the Organiser. To all those who facilitated STAG’s 50thAnniversary Exhibitions over the past year in Clonmel ( Co. Museum/Library/Arts Centre) in Carrick on Suir ( the Library), in Cahir( The Craft Granary), in Tipperary Town ( Excel Gallery), In Fethard ( the FHC Experience) and Cashel ( the Library) a very big Thank You indeed – much appreciated by the Committee and members of STAG
Junior STAG are back on this coming Saturday from 10. 30 to 12 noon for a 6 week run up to the Mid term break in February. There are only a few places left in both the Primary Section -9 years to 6th Class and the Senior section – 1styear to Leaving Certs.
