POINSETTIAS FOR CHRISTMAS
Many thanks to our Pope John Paul II Students who have been fundraising for our parish building fund, and allowing people to have a plant placed on the sanctuary at Christmas, in memory or for the intentions of a loved one. Orders and sales for the poinsettias are available after Mass again this weekend. You simply write out the card which will then be placed in an individual plant at Christmas. They are also available from the parish office, or sacristy in the Church of the Resurrection. We need to place the orders by the end of November so get yours while you can! Cost €10 each.

November Prayer for our Dead
God our Father, Your power brings us to birth, Your providence guides our lives, and by Your command we return to dust. Lord, those who die still live in Your presence, their lives change but do not end. I pray in hope for my family, relatives and friends, and for all the dead known to You alone. In company with Christ, Who died and now lives, may they rejoice in Your kingdom, where all our tears are wiped away. Unite us together again in one family, to sing Your praise forever and ever. Amen.

Pope Francis’ prayer intentions for November
