Are leaving us early this Tuesday morning. As they return to their Communities, we thank them for their prayerful and cheerful presence among us.

World Suicide Prevention Day:

To mark World Suicide Prevention Day, a candle will be lit at the Vigil Mass on Saturday 10th. September and at the two Sunday Masses in St. Oliver’s Church. This is to remember all those who have died by suicide and their families.

Blessing of School Bags:

For all primary school children, there will be a blessing of school bags at the weekend Parish Masses on Saturday and Sunday 10th./11th. September.

The Clonmel and District Wheelchair Society

Will be collecting door to door in Clonmel for the month of September.

Important Notice Re Funerals:

We sometimes have a funeral on a Saturday at 11.30 a.m. or on a Sunday at 12.00 Noon. If there are intentions already booked for these Masses, the Intentions will be remembered and, if the people so wish, another Mass can be arranged at a future date.

Groups and organisations that have a permit are permitted to collect on the Church grounds, but only AFTER Masses. It would be helpful to have prior notification of these collections.

Suicide Awareness:

C-Saw South Tipperary information etc. at 24 William Street, (around the corner from the Medical Centre) every Wednesday from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Support Service every Monday evening from 7.00 -8.00 p.m.
