Trim and Cut
The heavy gang were in action in Marlfield burial grounds on Saturday morning and with three mowers going full out they made short work of it. The new mowers were in action and the result was a lovely finish all done in dry conditions and home in time for lunch. Well done lads.
Heritage Trail
The work of erecting the final four Marlfield Heritage Trail signs has started and the frames have to be set in concrete to ensure stability. When done the trail will have twelve areas of interest with signage and wall plaques detailing the particular subject.
Why Why
Some kind creature threw a microwave, a few cushions and some bags of carefully selected household rubbish over the wall at Marlfield Lake. This act had to be carried out by a motorist as the size of the objects rule out the use of bicycles, baby’s buggies and backpacks. If you see anyone dumping a call to Tipperary Co. Council with a few details will help to deter this type of very anti-social behaviour
