Confessions: Every Sat from 12pm to 1pm and 7pm to 7.30pm
Ministry to the Sick/ Nursing Homes : Mass at Melview Nursing Home. Sacrament of anointing of the sick on request. Sacrament of Holy Communion every First Friday.
Sacrament of Baptism: 5pm on the First Saturday of the month in Ss. Peter & Pauls and on the third Saturday in the Resurrection.
Sacrament of Marriage: Consult with one of the Priests to secure a date. Church and State Require at least 3 months notice.
Pre-Marriage Course: It is strongly recommended to partake in a Pre-marriage course organised by ACCORD (Catholic Marriage Advisory Council) for bookings and information contact 052 61 24144.

Vigil: 7.30pm Sun:11am & 12.30pm. 1 pm Week Days
Resurrection: 9.30 am Week Days and 10.00am Sunday.

Active Retirement: Next meeting will be on Thurs 22nd November in Place4u. Final arrangements for Christmas Lunch. New Members always welcome.

Clonmel Apostolic Workers wish to thank all who contributed most generously to their church gate collection last weekend .

Mass for the Bereaved: The Annual Mass for the Bereaved in our Parish will take place in Ss Peter and Pauls Church on Thursday 29th November at 7.30pm. All are Welcome.

Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims:
Sunday 18th November at 3pm in the Swan Club, Carrick on Suir, Co. Tipperary.

Clonmel Widows Association: Our next meeting is our Bring and Buy Sale in the Friary Hall from 3pm to 5pm on Tuesday 20th November. Hopefully you will all have recovered from our Christmas Lunch on 18th November in Hotel Minella.

St Patricks Cemetery Memorial Mass: The annual mass for all buried in St. Patrick’s cemetery will take place on Thursday 22nd November at 11am.

Glencomeragh House A evening for young adults takes place in Glencomeragh House on Sun Nov 25th from 1-5pm. A young married couple from the USA, Dave and Catherine DiNuzzo, will help us reflect on ”our identity in Christ”. For info contact 61 33181. This is a donation only. All Welcome.

November Novena
The next Novena starts in Ss. Peter & Paul’s at the 1pm daily Mass on Thursday 22nd November and continues until Friday 30th November including the 11am Mass on Sunday the 25th November.
Envelopes and lists for names of those remembered are available in both churches and Offerings may be enclosed with the lists. Envelopes may be returned to the Parish Shop or put in the weekly collection bags/baskets.

Advent Reflection: An uplifting, inspirational evening through the medium of prayer, imagery, music and reflection as we approach the season of Advent. Facilitator Antoinette Dilworth rsj.

South Tipp Hospice: Annual Gala Concert

C-Saw (Community Suicide Awareness Workers) are holding a Fundraiser Night in aid of C-Saw on Saturday 24th November in the Greyhound Bar. Music by Fly by Night. Free Admission Donations accepted on the night. Raffle and Spot Prizes.

Visitation of Cemeteries: Sunday 18th: Marlfield 3.00pm. Sunday 25th: St. Patricks 3.00pm.

Place4U is hosting a Vintage Tea on Friday 23rd November 2018 in aid of Parkinsons Support Group.  Please come along to the Café on Morton Street from 10.00 to 12.30 on Friday morning to help this very worthy cause.  

John Paul II Awards
PARISH CALENDARS AND POINSETTIAS
The Pope John Paul II students raising money for our parish TV service will be at the back of the church after Masses this weekend.
The beautifully designed parish calendar and the poinsettia cards are also available in the parish office and sacristy in the Church of the Resurrection during the week. Donation envelopes are also available.
Thank you for your generous support of our students and of our parish.

Fr. Colm O’Brien
Don’t forget the gathering in the Minella Hotel, Clonmel, on 28th November at 7.30 pm to discuss the life of Fr. Colm and how he influenced many lives. If you are interested in the possible promotion of his Cause for beatification and canonisation we invite you to attend.

World Meeting of Families
This weekend a collection will be taken up to help with the costs of the World Meeting of Families.

World Day of the Poor
The second annual World Day of the Poor takes place this Sunday, November 18th. The slogan for this day is a Psalm verse: “This poor man called out, and the Lord heard him.”

Pope Francis is urging all Christians to combat indifference to the suffering and marginalization of the most needy.

Parish Pastoral Council: Our Next meeting takes place on Monday 26th November at 7.30pm at 22 Gladstone St.

Parish Conference
“Bringing your Parish from Maintenance to Mission”
On Thursday 29th November a conference with the above title will be held in Hotel Minella from 8.30am
(registration opens) and will conclude at 5.30pm.
Keynote speakers Bishop Philip Egan and Paul Donders.
Tickets €55 (Fee will include Tea, Coffee & Lunch)
A special rate of €200 will apply for groups of five or more.
