Eucharistic Adoration in St. Oliver’s Church Day Chapel on Mondays from 2pm– 8.00 pm. (No Adoration when Monday is a Church Holiday or a public Holiday)

St Vincent de Paul Box is available on the side door to the Day Chapel next to the office door.

Congratulations

To Olivia Condon and Liam Hogan who were married recently in St. Oliver’s Church and to Michael Kearney and Frances Hallahan who were married in St. Helena’s Church, The Nire.

Service of Light:

For the boys and girls who are making Confirmation on Thursday 19th. May, will take place on Tuesday 19th. April at 7.00 p.m. We will keep them in our prayers as they prepare for Confirmation.

Family Mass:

Please keep in mind that our next Family Mass will be on Sunday 1st. May at 12.00 Noon.

Beginners Relaxation Classes

Takes place in the Parish Centre on Monday evenings at 7.00 p.m. Contact David Tel 083-3745760 €6 per class.

Meditation Classes with Deirdre Brady:

St Oliver’s Parish Centre on Sundays from 10.30 – 11.30 a.m. All are welcome. Fee applies per class.

Parish Centre:

Groups using the Parish Centre are asked to park cars in the two car parking areas behind the Centre, to allow the circle spaces free for Church activities, bin trucks, & emergency services.

Important Notice Re Funerals:

We sometimes have a funeral on a Saturday at 11.30 a.m. or on a Sunday at 12.00 Noon. If there are intentions already booked for these Masses, the Intentions will be remembered and, if the people so wish, another Mass can be arranged at a future date. 

Groups and organisations that have a permit are permitted to collect on the Church grounds, but only AFTER Masses. It would be helpful to have prior notification of these collections.

Visiting the Sick:

Please let us know when you have somebody sick in hospital (or at home). We will be glad to visit, and to pray for them.

Suicide Awareness:

C-Saw South Tipperary information etc. at 24 William Street, (around the corner from the Medical Centre) every Wednesday from 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. Support Service every Monday evening from 7.00 -8.00 p.m.
