The Annual General Meeting of the CACGA takes place on Wednesday night the 31st January 2018 in the Community Hall at the rear of St Oliver’s Church commencing at 7.00pm and finish at 8.45pm. The membership fees will also be due on the night and each member needs to attend to sign their membership form which will be at the meeting. Membership fees are the same as last year and the committee request that the correct amount of money be brought to the meeting as the management of change can be difficult. Last year collection of membership presented some difficulties with members digging their plots and no fee paid. Payment of fees includes insurance and it is vital that fees are paid first before any work takes place on your plot. Please note that a plot cannot be sub-let or passed to another person. Each year we have some plot holders giving up membership and many more wanting to join and management of the waiting list is a task which requires the cooperation of all members. If you are not renewing your membership please let the committee know. Important please note if after the AGM if the licence agreement is not immediately renewed the plot will be relet at the next committee meeting.
