Welcome: We welcome into the Christian Faith Community of St Mary’s, Kian Declan Ryan-Amos who was christened last week. We congratulate his parents Declan and Laura, godparents, grandparents and extended family.
Umbra Clothing Appeal: Clothing collection on behalf of Fr Nicholas Ngulutu of St Josephs Parish, Kavisuni, Diocese of Kitui, Kenya. All types of clean ladies, gents and children’s clothing and paired shoes. Collection on Tuesday 28th February before 12 noon from Church Gate Door. All donations greatly appreciated.
Irish Wheelchair Association: will be holding their church gate collection on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th February. Your support would be greatly appreciated.
Blessing of the Sick: There will be a special ceremony of the Blessing of the Sick on Sunday at 4pm. This is to celebrate World Day of Sick which is kept on the Feast of Our Lady of Lourdes, Sat 11th February.
St Mary’s Lourdes Pilgrimage 2017: This year’s Pilgrimage takes place on 4th –10th August. Cost is €745pps. Costs includes return coach fare to Cork Airport, flights, city tax and accommodation. Anyone who would like to book a place, please see Jim Connolly after the 6.15pm Vigil on Saturday at the Crying Room at the back of the Church.
