Wednesday 1st Febuary: Mass will be offered on Wednesday 1st at 7pm for Peggy Donegan, a founding member of St Mary’s Lourdes Committee. The 30th Anniversary of her death.

Wednesday 1st Feb: St Brigid: Day of special devotion. St Brigid is one of the Patrons of Ireland. Today is the beginning of Spring.
Thursday 2nd Feb: Presentation of Our Lord: Day for consecrated life. We remember in a special way all who have consecrated their lives exclusively to God. We also celebrate all with special charisms who promote the witness of the Christian community.
Blessing Of Candles: On this day we bless the candles which will be used during the coming year. Many people retain the old Irish custom of having a Blessed Candle in their homes.
Friday 3rd Feb: St Blaise: The Blessing of throats takes place today at all Masses, 7.45am, 10am and 7pm. Today is also First Friday—Communion to the Sick.
Saturday 4th Feb: First Saturday: Reconciliation service at 10am Mass.
